These lovely beach houses adjoin and have exclusive use of "The Lawn on the Beach". "Triple Crown", is a 10 bedroom Gulf Front property that can accommodate up to 30 people. "Above it All" is a 6 bedroom beach house that sleeps 20. Each property has amazing Gulf views and a private heated pool. If you need additional housing, we have other beach houses in the area that can be rented. We have ample parking with "Triple Crown" accommodating 17 to 24 cars and "Above it All" can accommodate 12 to 15 cars. If more parking is needed, a local transportation company can provide shuttle service for your guests.
We offer special pricing when renting more than one property for the same dates. We have a minimum of a 3 nights stay during the Fall, Spring and Winter Seasons. Check out the links listed below to see pictures and videos of past events, list of helpful vendors, and common questions and answers.
