If you are looking at having a beach wedding, family reunion or a birthday/anniversary celebration, we have the perfect place for you. We can provide you with accommodations, great Gulf Views, plenty of parking and a perfect setting for a large event. "The Lawn on the Beach" is a wonderful place for large family get togethers. It is a gulf front grassy lawn manicured to perfection overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Many people get married on the beach and then have their reception on "The Lawn." To use "The Lawn," you must rent our two beach houses that adjoin "The Lawn." There is a 3 night minimum stay requirement. One beach house has 6 bedrooms, private pool, rooftop deck (great for bridesmaid luncheons), fantastic views, accommodates 20 people, and is called "Above it All." The other one is called "Triple Crown" which has 10 bedrooms, private swimming pool, great gulf views and can accommodate up to 30 people. We allow you to choose any vendors you prefer; we do not limit you to a list of only a few choices. You also have the use of ""The Lawn" for 2 days which can save you money by using this one property for the rehearsal party, as well as your reception, if you like. Our guests love having everyone close by with all the functions located at one place.
