The Lawn on The Beach

We have created a new spectacular venue in beautiful Seagrove Beach Florida.

It is a large GULF FRONT LAWN, (110 feet long by 65 feet wide) beautifully landscaped, lighted, and manicured to perfection. Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, this lawn can be set up however you desire. Select any wedding service provider you desire. Then have your wedding on the beach and the reception on “The Lawn”... no need to rent multiple locations or venues for your big day.

These lovely beach houses adjoin and have exclusive use of "The Lawn on the Beach". "Triple Crown", is a 10 bedroom Gulf Front property that can accommodate up to 30 people. "Above it All" is a 6 bedroom beach house that sleeps 20. Each property has amazing Gulf views and a private heated pool. If you need additional housing, we have other beach houses in the area that can be rented. Anticipating large crowds we have amply parking. "Triple Crown" can accommodate 17 to 24 cars, depending on the size of the cars and method of parking. "Above it All" can accommodate 12 to 15 cars. If more parking is needed, a local transportation company can provide shuttle service for your guests.

To use "The Lawn on the Beach," you only have to rent one of the two properties that adjoin this site; "Triple Crown" ( the 10 bedroom property) or "Above it All" (the 6 bedroom property.) The pricing for "The Lawn" is provided as a package price based on the number of nights reserved at either beach house. There is a minimum of 3 nights required but the total price per night decreases when more nights are reserved. There is also a discounted rate provided for guests who rent both "Triple Crown" and "Above it All." If you rent both properties, you also can use "The Lawn" for 2 days at no additional cost. Brides planning a non weekend wedding should call for special pricing.

Sunsational

"Sunsational" is a Gulf Front, 6 bedroom, 6 1/2 Bath, Luxury Beach House. This 5,000 square foot property is available for weddings and special occasions. There is a minimum one week stay required. This property includes a private heated swimming pool and hot tub overlooking the Gulf, an entertainment room with a full size pool table, bar, juke box, and the largest Master Bedroom with the most incredible panoramic gulf view anywhere and many amenities, like free usage of a 2 man kayak, beach chairs, beach towels, bikes and much more. You will enjoy the large open den, dining and kitchen areas which can provide an indoor option for a reception, as well as a great family atmosphere.

This luxurious property is equipped with high end appliances, steam bath, his and hers body massage showers, beautiful furnishings and exquisite details. "Sunsational" has been the setting for two different photo sessions by "Coastal Living" Magazine as well as a highly desirable vacation destination. With accommodations for up to 20 people, "Sunsational" is a wonderful venue for your wedding and reception. "Sunsational" Special Event Rental Rates
"Sunsational" is rented weekly only and is flexible with arrival and departure days. Party capacity should be less than 50 people. There is a $1500 event fee charged in addition to the pricing listed below:

Questions & Answers

Q: What may be used as a "throw" when I leave my reception?
A: To protect the animal life and integrity of "The Lawn" it is recommended to use something like bubbles or rose petals.

Q: How late may our reception extend?
A: There is a Walton County Noise ordinance which requires all noise to end at 10:00PM .

Q: What should I do for a weather back-up plan for my wedding ceremony and reception?
A: We recommend you discuss this with a wedding coordinator. Most tent rental companies offer a special price for reserving a tent as a backup for bad weather. We highly recommend that option.

Q: Where do our guest park for the wedding?
A: "Triple Crown can accommodate 17-24 cars, depending on the size of the cars and method of parking. "Above it All" can accommodate 12-15 cars. "Sunsational" can accommodate 7 cars. If you need additional parking contact Sunshine Shuttle.

Q: What is the earliest that I may check in?
A: Check in time is any time after 3:00PM (Central time) and check out time is 10:00AM. An early check-in time may be requested, but no guarantees will be made. Housekeeping requires time to thoroughly clean you property, prior to your arrival. It is imperative that you check out on time, as well, to avoid a delay for the next guest arriving.

Q: What are the closet airports?
A: Seagrove Beach (Santa Rosa Beach) is located about 45-60 minutes from either Panama City or Ft. Walton Beach airports. The Tallahassee Airport is about 21/2 hours away. There are shuttle services as well as rental car companies located at all airports.

Q: Can I arrange to see the properties in person?
A: YES, we would love to show you our properties, but if they are occupied by a guest, we will only be able to show you the exterior of the houses.

Q: What if I need housing accommodations for my guest?
A: We can assist you with providing rental accommodations for your family and guest. Have them contact us on our website or call us toll free at 1-866-294-5833. Make sure we know they are affiliated with your wedding event.

Q: Do I have to rent both "Above it All" and "Triple Crown" to use The Lawn?
A: No, you only have to rent one of these properties to use The Lawn
