Pearly White Properties is a family business that rents out their own private beach homes. It started about 5 years ago, when Rep and Karen Bennett decided they didn't like leaving the area of South Walton to go back home after their vacations. So, Rep retired from dentistry and they moved to Seagrove Beach to take over the management and rentals of their 8 beach houses. Thus the name of Pearly White Properties was formed and it also represents the first admiring thought people have when they visit the area. "Aahhh… look at the beautiful Pearly White Sand.” |

All properties include washer and dryer, nice furnishings, towels, linens, start-up supply of paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, and soap, and fully stocked kitchens (except the food, of course). Beach chairs, umbrellas and pool/beach toys are provided at no additional charge and when available, bicycles too. For those that like to cook outdoors, most properties have a gas grill. Each property has a welcome notebook that provides listings of recommended restaurants, shopping sites and entertainment choices. All properties are guaranteed to be free from pet and smoking residues, since pets and indoor smoking are not allowed.
SEASIDE made a giant splash in the architectural world when developer Robert Davis carved out a modern Victorian town with narrow streets, picket fences and homes arranged close together to encourage walking and neighborliness. Seaside's "walk to anywhere" design means you are close to the market, art galleries, a florist, ice cream store, post office and other small boutiques. There are art galleries, antique stores, quaint shops, spectacular restaurants, bike paths, nature trails, lakes for exploration or quiet reflection and the overall beauty of the beaches. Many people choose to stay in Seagrove since it is within walking distance of Seaside , and the houses are closer to the beach than those in Seaside . Seven of the eight Pearly White Properties are located in Seagrove and most are less than a half mile from Seaside . BLUE MOUNTAIN is the highest point in the area. This area is known for its lush vegetation, especially the spiky shaped, Gulf Coast Lupine, which lives in the dunes and exists in only eight coastal counties in Florida 's Panhandle. This plant, with its fuzzy blue leaves and purplish blue flowers, is what gave the area it's unusual name. The Eastern Lake Hike/Bike Trail also starts here in Blue Mountain and continues all through the rest of South Walton's beach communities. Blue Mountain is also only about 15 minutes from Destin, where many people enjoy numerous restaurants, shopping and nightlife. “BackSplash” is the only property that Pearly White Properties has located in Blue Mountain .
